How to do it: Start by sitting down on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and hands on the side. Make sure your core is engaged and the spine is straight. Now extend your hands and touch your toes. If you are comfortable here, then try to hold them. Hold this position for about five minutes and then return to the original position.
